After that, there are no referral fees payable to the referrer, no matter how many new clients make the purchases.

A:  After the first full payment made by a new client, Logical Chains Inc. initiated a four-month period in which referral fees are collected and paid to the referrer as a portion of all amounts paid in full for purchases made by a new client. The referral fees are paid on the end of the first, second, third and forth months on the fully paid amounts, paid by client, during period of each mentioned above months. 

At the end of the fourth month referral fees will pay to the referrer on all amounts paid in full by client during last month, and on the amounts due in previous three months, but paid in full by the new client in the end of four-month period. Logical Chains Inc. is released from obligations to pay any amount of referral fees to the referrer on the end of the last day of the Four-Month referral fee program.

If some sum of money under certain circumstances will depositing into Logial Chains Inc. bank account after Four-Month referral program was finished Logical Chains Inc. will pay out the referral fees related to the late depositing sum to the referrer as soon as possible. 

A: Yes, the referrer has the responsibilities to provide all necessary information relating to referral fees, how referrer will get paid by Logical Chains Inc. to the referee. Also, the referrer should focus on developing relationships based on clear communication, transparency, and honesty between referrer, referee and Logical Chains Inc. that creates trust and reliable relationships between all parties.
